Wisenet WAVE User Manual

To display product version, hardware, and driver information, go to Main Menu and select About (F1).

The About Wisenet WAVE dialog will display:

•Version and platform information.

•A list of external libraries used.

•Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) information.

•System Servers.

•Wisenet WAVE components and driver versions.

•Customer Support contact information.

This data is required by the support team and should be provided in your support ticket in addition to other pertinent details. (Similar information can be acquired with standard Windows tools such as ipconfig, but About Wisenet WAVE is more direct and specific to the product).
